Groundbreaking Ceremony Commences Construction of South Asia Polyurethane Products’ New Zhongshan Factory

On June 10, 2025, South Asia Polyurethane Products Manufacturer Ltd., a subsidiary of Foamasters International Limited, broke ground on its new factory in Sanxiang Town, Zhongshan. Co-CEO Jack Cheong and Deputy General Manager Guo officiated the ceremony at the Xinxu Management Zone site. 

Strategically positioned on a 10,029.50-square-meter site, the facility capitalizes on proximity to transportation networks, established industrial infrastructure, and enhanced supply chain integration opportunities. The factory will feature automated production systems and standardized lines for R&D and manufacturing of polyurethane products serving furniture, automotive interiors, footwear materials, and stroller components.  

This new factory advances Foamasters International's Greater Bay Area expansion strategy and supports South Asia subsidiary's market positioning. Since its inception, South Asia has cultivated premium clients in furniture, footwear materials, and automotive interiors through consistent product quality and efficient order processing. Upon completion, the factory will further shorten delivery cycles, reduce operational costs, and strengthen competitiveness in mid-to-high-end markets.

Foamasters International will oversee the project's development toward its scheduled commencement of operations in September 2026. The factory will commence operations to better serve customers and drive toward our target of exceeding RMB100 million in annual sales.
