Our factory covers over 25,000 square meters and is equipped with modern production facilities, allowing for efficient, high-quality manufacturing. Established in 1991, Foamtech Polyurethane Foam Manufactory Co., Ltd. is located in Qinghu Village, Qishi Town, Dongguan City. The facility spans approximately 25,000 square meters, with a building area of 26,000 square meters, providing ample space for its operations. As a key subsidiary of Foamasters International Group in mainland China, the company employs over 200 skilled professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality products.

Since its founding in 2000, Chiya Foam Joint Stock Company has been the pioneering venture of Foamasters Group in Vietnam, embarking on a journey of impressive growth. Nestled in the scenic Mekong Delta, our facility in Long An Province spans 33,500 square meters, equipped with state-of-the-art foaming machines and versatile production workshops, providing a solid foundation for our operations. 

First Asia Polyurethane Products Co. Ltd., was founded in 2003 in the Xinglong Industrial Zone of Heshan City. Our location offers excellent transportation links, supporting efficient logistics and market access. Our 11.5-acre facility houses over 260 employees in a streamlined, linear layout that optimises production and workplace comfort. We invest in our staff through regular training programs, fostering growth in technical skills and management capabilities. 

Dongguan Advantech Polyurethane Foam Products Co., Ltd., part of Foamasters Group, occupies 32,000㎡ in the Qiaolong Nanping Industrial Zone, Tangxia Town, near Shenzhen and Dongguan. Since May 2005, Advantech has become a key player in the industry with its advanced equipment and efficient management. The company specializes in high-quality foam products for furniture, automotive, and electronics, maintaining strong market influence and competitiveness. 

Jiashan Foamtech Furniture Ltd., established in September 2009 as a subsidiary of Foamasters International  Group, is a distinguished private enterprise specialising in the research, design, manufacturing, and sales of mid-to-high-end sofas. Our facility is strategically located in the Gan Yao Town Industrial Park, Jiaxing City, Jiaxing County, Zhejiang Province. This location sits at the pivotal intersection of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, serving as the primary gateway to Zhejiang from Shanghai.  The region is renowned for its exceptional connectivity. It is well-served by National Highway 320, the Shanjiang Highway that links Jiangsu, and the Shanghai-Jiaxing-Huzhou Expressway.

Super Foam Vietnam Limited, founded in 2002, represents the second factory investment by Foamasters Group in Vietnam. Situated in the Phu An Industrial Zone, Binh Duong Province, this strategic location serves as a hub for foreign-funded small and medium enterprises, providing excellent transportation links and an ideal environment for the company’s development. The facility spans 40,000 square meters and employs 150 skilled personnel, with a well-organized structure covering R&D, production, quality control, and sales. 

Fine Home Sofa Vietnam Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Foamasters International Group, was established in November 2018; strategically located at 768 Provincial Highway 5, Qingtu Commune, Dinh Quan District, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam, the factory benefits from its proximity to Ho Chi Minh City, being only an hour's drive from Ho Chi Minh Port. This advantageous location facilitates efficient logistics and smooth export operations. 

Established in December 2020, Xiaogan Foamtech Polyurethane Foam Manufactory Co., Ltd. specializes in producing high-quality foam products, including household foam, flame-retardant foam, and high-resilience foam. Located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Xiaogan City, Hubei Province, the company has a registered capital of 65 million yuan. It occupies an area of 42,285 square meters, with a building area of 33,534 square meters. We currently employ over 100 staff members. Our products are widely applied in various industries, including automotive seating, door panels, instrument panels, and household, outdoor, and electronic applications. We have established long-term, stable partnerships with prominent domestic and international automobile manufacturers, such as Honda, Nissan, BYD, Chery, and GAC Trumpchi.
