The Groundbreaking Ceremony for the New Factory of Chiya Foam Joint Stock Company (Vĩnh Long) Branch was Successfully Held

On the morning of October 28, 2025, Chiya Foam Joint Stock Company broke ground on its new factory in Hoa Phu Industrial Park, Vĩnh Long Province, Vietnam. Shi Zhiying (General Manager of Chiya and Superfoam Vietnam), the management team of Chiya, and project construction representatives were present to participate, jointly completing the groundbreaking ceremony and witnessing this significant milestone in Chiya Foam’s deepening development in the Vietnamese market.

The newly constructed plant, spanning a total area of 17,839 square meters, is situated in the Hoa Phu Industrial Park — a key development zone in Vietnam. The facility comprises two major sections: a foaming and processing workshop and a shoe material laminating workshop. Strategically located adjacent to major Taiwanese-owned footwear manufacturers Laiyi Group and Ching Luh Shoes, the plant possesses inherent regional synergy potential. Upon operational launch, it will leverage its proximity to efficiently integrate into the footwear material supply chain, reduce logistics costs, and provide more convenient supporting services for downstream customers in the vicinity.

The commencement of construction for the new factory Chiya Foam (Vinh Long) Branch marks a solid step forward for Foamasters Group on its development path in the Vietnamese market. The project is expected to be officially completed and put into operation in October 2026.
