Building a New Chapter and Embarking on a Journey | Liyang Foamtech’s New Automotive Interior Materials Manufacturing Project Accelerates

Amid the booming development of the new energy vehicle industry, Foamasters has made another strategic move by advancing its subsidiary Liyang Foamtech’s “Automotive Interior New Materials and Components Manufacturing Project.” As a key pillar for the Group’s deepening presence in the Yangtze River Delta market, this project carries the critical mission of capacity upgrading and multi-regional expansion. Recently, Richard, Co-CEO of Foamasters, visited Liyang Foamtech and and received a warm welcome from colleagues who presented bouquets to express their respect.

The new factory is located in Shangxing Town, Liyang City, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, with a total construction area of 44,127 m². Designed as a modern industrial base integrating production and office operations, the project encompasses Complex Building 1 with 3,894 m² (including 658 m² of basement space), Factory 2 with 33,280 m², Factory 3 with 6,415 m², as well as comprehensive supporting facilities such as canteen and guardhouse. It fully meets the specialized production requirements for automotive interior foam products.

Given that the new factory is still under construction, to swiftly respond to market demands and seize developmental opportunities, Liyang Foamtech has put a transitional factory into operation to ensure production continuity. Currently, the automated production lines within the transitional facility are operating smoothly. A professional team of approximately 80 employees is performing their respective duties, with each process strictly adhering to quality control requirements. This ensures stable order fulfillment and superior product quality.

Co-CEO Richard’s visit has injected tremendous energy into the team at Liyang Foamtech. We are confident that everyone will work diligently to complete current production tasks and fully support the advancement of the new project, living up to the Group’s trust.
